Large-scale, complex, and high-risk industrial systems such as nuclear power plants have developed detailed operating procedures. Under the expected conditions, operators operate system according to procedures avoid human error. However, under complex unfamiliar once guidance of is lost, serious consequences may be caused. This paper proposes a No-Procedure guided Operation Supervision Technology (NoP-OST). The key idea identify success paths by forward-searching approach from source sink functions. On this basis, are combined generate various operation schemes achieve main objectives system. illustrates application NoP-OST through case loss Residual Heat Removal System (RHRS) in Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) plant. research results show that method proposed can provide valuable operational reference for making use available functions
